Varenik&Pelmen is a London-based street food business specialising in authentic Eastern European dumplings and traditional dishes. We operate at popular food markets across London, serving freshly made pelmeni, vareniki, bliny, and syrniky using traditional recipes and quality ingredients. Our unique self-service concept — “Take what you want, pay for what you take” — offers an interactive, engaging dining experience that is unlike anything else on the London food market scene.
Our Story
Born from a passion for sharing the rich dumpling traditions of Eastern Europe with London, Varenik&Pelmen fills a gap in the city’s incredible food scene. While sushi, tacos, and pizza are street food staples, authentic Eastern European dumplings were largely missing from the market format. We set out to change that, and the response from Londoners has been overwhelmingly positive.
